Greetings! I’m Saraikium (Adnan Khan), a dedicated Full-Stack Developer with a passion for crafting seamless and innovative web solutions. My journey in the realm of technology has been fueled by a combination of JavaScript and Python wizardry, focusing on creating modern single-page applications using React, REST APIs, and NodeJS.

My Expertise:

As a seasoned developer, I’ve had the privilege of leading the charge at MOST, where I function as a Tech Lead in both frontend and backend development. I played a pivotal role in establishing the frontend architecture and excelled as a solo backend developer using Python and Flask. Notable achievements include significantly improving API response times, reducing them from 10+ seconds to less than a second.

MOST, Ohio, USA (Remote, September 2021 - Present)

As a Tech Lead, I orchestrated the frontend architecture, mentored developers, and streamlined backend processes. Notable accomplishments include reducing backend memory consumption and enhancing API response times and crafting type-safe React components using TypeScript.

Arbisoft, Lahore, Pakistan (September 2020 - September 2021)

I contributed as a full-stack developer, leaving my mark on single-page web applications using React and GraphQL APIs in Python. My work with the Lola Travel team involved feature additions, bug fixes, and tech debt reduction using React, JavaScript, and Apollo-Client.

Drive Motors (Modal), California, USA (Remote, January 2020 - May 2020)

As a full-stack engineer, I tackled bugs, improved checkout processes, and resolved cross-browser compatibility issues in React and Node. My efforts resulted in substantial cost reductions and enhanced user experiences.

Synavos, Lahore, Pakistan (January 2019 - December 2019)

In this role, I excelled as a front-end and back-end engineer, contributing to projects involving Node.js and React. Notable achievements include optimizing the Shopify checkout experience and leading a team in implementing a custom CMS frontend.

Educational Footprint:

Bachelor of Computer Science 2015 - 2019 (Dropped out 7th semester)

I studied computer science at University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan, though I ended up dropping out in the 7th semester. Notable courses that I studied include Object Object-Oriented Programming, Algorithms and Data Structures, Relational Database Systems, Computer Organization and Architecture, Operating Systems, Networking and Compilers.

We also studied Calculus, Linear Algebra, Discrete Mathematics and Probability and Statistics (though I barely remember any of those).
